CAS for coding an E46?

I've coded my 2012 and 2008 E92s. Today I was asked to help code an E46. In going through NCS Expert, when choosing the chasis, I selected E46 instead of E89 (I'm used to my E92s), but we only had 4 options to choose from, no CAS. I clicked on each one after F1 and F3, but got an error when hitting "BACK". Should we not have selected E46? We did get it reading the VIN fine and it was talking via INPA.

Thanks, but we searched through that for about an hour this afternoon. Didn't find an answer to this simple question. All the stuff we read was about things past choosing which platform, E46 vs E89. I'm sure I'm missing something simple.
