Swaybar trouble? / Shock install

I\'m gonna go ahead and moosh two threads in one here.

First, I\'m having trouble with what I think and what I\'ve been told is probably my front lower control arm bushings or sway bar end links.
What happens is when I go over any roads bumps my front suspension make this metal clanging noise.

Second, I\'ll be installing Eibach springs and Koni shocks soon and I\'m wondering if there\'s anything else I should replace while I\'m under there? I\'ve heard people replacing the bump stops, bushing, shock mounts, etc. Is any of that stuff I should go ahead and change?

And while I\'m under there, I want to fix the clanging suspension problem. Can anyone tell me how to go about fixing my lower control arm bushings and/or my swaybar end links?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

I would also check upper strut mounts. Take the wheels up front with the weight safely supported and see if you can feel anything loose. Move them in all directions (up/down, side to side, in and out) and see if you can find anything.

P.S. if you find anything that's worn that can be replaced with an M part I wouldn't hesitate as they really do make a difference.

I honestly doubt I would be able to tell if anything is worn but if there's anything you recommend I should change out anyways please recommend!
I will try wiggling around things and if I can't figure it out myself I'll probably keep begging for help here.

Is tightening the sway bar endlinks an easy thing to do?
