Power Reduced Error code
I had this error code come up 3 times since ive owned the car (13 months). In the manual it describes it as a engine malfunction reduced power...i called made an appointment for this friday to get it checked out..SA mentioned the fuel pump but i have a 328 so thats a little weird...anyone have any opinions on what it may be? i wanna know before i leave the car in the dealership so they dont try to bullshit me

I have an 09 bmw e92 328i sport manual trans 10k and sometimes when i start it and leave it idling in neutral my car starts to shake and if i dont hold the clutch in or start to drive it my car will either shut off or shoot that same error code on the dash of an engine half colored in.. idk what it is plannin on takin it in tomorrow if u guys have any suggestions or ideas of what this might be let me know. other wise ill keep u guys posted after i take it in this week.

I get a rough idle sometimes, specially w/ high humidity/temps. I think I'm gonna try to do some datalogging with my BT tool if I can catch it next time. I'm bout to run out of warranty on my car in like 6 months, would prefer to find any major issues before then :P Keep us updated OP |
