Plastic retainer ID

I found this on the floor behind my passenger seat, can anyone help ID what it is or where it may have come from?

I haven't removed anything in my interior recently, or ever. Looked in the back yesterday and it was just sitting there...

This is used almost all over your interior.
My guess...

Either inside rear door panel.
Dog leg interior plastic( the plastic mold that is right beside the rear seat and on the seat portion not the back portion)

As people enter the rear seat, it is easily kicked by a shoe and pops up.

Just my opinion.
