Does M5 styling 184 ET20 8x18 with 245/40/18 fit E9X with M-pack?

The car is stock with m-sport suspension.

18x8 ET20 245/40/18
The wheels I mean.

Wheels will fit, but tyre size needs to be narrower 225/40/18 at least at front. If the car is pre-lci E90 then rear could use spacers.

It's a LCI. The wheels are complete with tires so I would just like to fit them as they are without having to change tires.

Do you think it will work?

They'll be taller than stock, E9x rolling diameter should be about 25" - 245/35R18 would be a better fit if you want to stick with 245 section tires.

I'm running 225/50R17 winters (off I believe a E46 M3) and I can tell you that the extra diameter works, but my winter wheels are ET34 and I'm not sure if the sidewalls would rub the fender lips or not if I pushed them out a full 14mm and added another 10mm of tire.

No i'm pretty sure that it will rub with 245/40/18 at least at front, maybe rear too.
