You know you can get a Porsche (997) 911 C2S from 2006 with 15-30,000 miles on it (one and only owner) for around $45K?
Do that if you don't mind used. Lease/ finance cost/ month for that amount: check, Rear seats: check, Power: check, Handling: better than all the cars on your list put together: check, etc. |

i would say either an audi A5 or another 335.

Look, you can't really fit a child seat in TT.
A child seat in a 911 will be a very tight fit - the seat risks bumping up against the hatch. Other than another 335, if you really need 4 seats, Neither TT nor the 911 will do, unless you can do without the child seat.

Yeah, boosters with full back won't.
A cushion only will, but the child may not..... Don't know about restraining seats, but many models will not either.
