Dinan springs consensus?

Was looking at the dianan preformance spring and thinking about pairing them with the b8 kit. Does anyone know how these compare to the yellow bmwps springs are even the m sport suspension? Also is there better alternatives to get the oem feel?

I had BMW PS yellow that I replaced with Dinan Blue. Only noticeable difference is BMW PS are little lower, especially in the rear, about 10mm .

For OEM feel you I would go with OE springs or Eibach. The spring rates are almost identical. BMW PS and Dinan both have increased spring rates.

Thanks for the insight guys it definitely helps.

Having a bit of trouble finding a set of eibach springs or even the b12 pro-kit for e92 would anyone know the best place to get them? If I manage to find them I definitely plan on sticking them with some b8’s as I can just order them off fcp.

Also if I where to go the dinan route would it be best to pair it with bilstein b6/8? Or alternatively all oe Sachs “Msport” struts/ shocks?

I would pair the Dinan springs with Bilstein or Koni shocks. You would want the B6 as they're ~stock height

Oh gotcha! Yes, they should work fine but here are 328 specific ones

https://www.ecstuning.com/b-eibach-p...RoCmP0QAvD_BwE

They say e90 and not e92 but the M3 springs say for e90/e92. I'm not sure if they have a specific coupe SKU for the N52 cars but they will work the same. If they do have a different set, the only difference would be a few mm in height. Tein, for example, sells one spring for all e9x non-M and it works completely fine.

Awesome thanks again all the help is much appreciated.

With that being said I actually managed to source the b12 kits on fcp. Only issue is none are for 328i e92 only for e90 328i and e92 335i. Which one would be my best bet and most compatible for my e92?

I'd go e90 328i. Coupe and sedan have VERY similar weight distributions but 335i is heavier in the front so your ride height might be slightly different from what you're expecting. You'll never know the difference with coupe/sedan springs. New vs used strut mounts would have a way bigger effect in height than coupe vs sedan springs here. Should turn out nice!
