*Photo Request: E90 on Koni + Eibach Pro-Kit OR H&R Sport.

I'm surprised I'm having a hard time of finding photos of this combo, most are on stock shocks...

I'm torn between these two springs. I absolutely love my current M-Sport ride height (which looks surprisingly low) and looking to drop it a tiny amount but really want a stiffer spring rate. H&R Sport is supposedly a sportier ride than the Pro Kit, but it's a little lower than I'd like.

Please post a side-shot photo of your car if you have either of the above setups.

I read Swift is good as well. For what you want, I'd recommend Eibach Pro Kit. Very minimal drop.

In addition, you'd be surprised how many cars are riding with mixed springs - 328i springs on a 335i, coupe springs on a sedan, etc. Finally, the springs themselves can sag over time. I am glad to discuss your lowering goals if you need assistance.

Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly the difference between a shock breaker and struts? did some reading but more detail explanation would be appreciated, planning on getting new shock replacement myself, thanks in advance!

More from the driver eating alot of cevape.. But really tho that's how they look. I'm assuming it's because the koni struts looked smaller than the oem ones and combined with the lowering springs it drops it more.

No, Koni strut is correct length. We just installed a set, 2 weeks ago, on George's e92 335i. The Koni shaft is shorter but the body itself is same as OEM in size. I assume those front coils are better suited for lesser engine e9x. Have you checked the part numbers?

That looks absolutely perfect! And you're local too with a 3 stage manifold from Factory, lol.

Great shots. Car looks perfect.

Are those 18" or 19" wheels by chance?

@mojobmw_e90 I had the same problem after I installed my H&R cup kit. Front was quite a bit lower. It had turned out that my strut mounts were badly worn out. Once I replaced them with new ones, it raised the front just a little bit to make it look more leveled. Looked a lot better afterwards. Just a thought.

With the strut mounts being bad , did u get any noises and such? Mine is completely quiet. No noise at all. Been like this for close to 20k

Mine are extremely quiet as well but they're definitely shot. My car sits about 0.5" lower up front than my previous 328i with the same factory suspension.

Nothing man. No noise, no clunking. It wasn't until I got an alignment that I realized something wasn't right bc I started getting memory steer and all signs pointed to strut mounts. Here's a picture. Should have taken it from the side but gets the point across between the old one and the new one
