OP If you are happy with them other than the clunking and bouncy ride then all good fella Just remember to keep the threads well lubricated. I found giving them one proper coat of bike chain wax prevented them from seizing up in the 2 years I had them.
Going to get the car up on a ramp this week - taking back to the garage who fit them to see what is causing the knocks. As most have said, its probably the quality of this kit.

What alternative coilover kits / shocks & springs do people go with? If I do swap these out, I need to keep the costs down... what should I go with?

Assuming you get rid of the knocks and the drive is good, stick with it!

But if you don't, I'd just recommend an H&R spring / Bilstein shock combo to be honest which will come in at the same kind of price as the FK coilover setup (which might tell you everything you need to know about the FKs )

Replaced FK kit, what a shambles!

Now running H&R Cup Sport kit, no noise and road handling is a million times better. Drop doesnt look too bad either!!

20/15 spacers going on very soon!

Thanks. Well they've been on for a few weeks now so I guess they are probably settled!
