Help me out plz anyone

Ok I have had enough of replacing injectors. I'm blowing out so many injectors with my jb4. Every time I put it on and step on it I get a misfire an it's the injector. These oem BMW injectors suck

Next time you replace the injector get the numbers from the actual injector

There will be a total of 6 numbers on it...Write them down and make sure you know which injector it is that you changed for the cylinder...Once you do it, hit me up and I will code it in for you...

Hello. Newbie on this topic here. How does coding injectors work? Does it mean once they are coded that if a misfire happens the read code will determine if the injector is bad?

the new injector has to be coded to the DME not sure what tool you would need to do this yourself.

Also are you sure its an injector issue? Causing the misfire?

No the coding are two numbers on the injectors. I can't remember off the top of my head but I think one of them is a flow number. It's basically cause every injector will be different so even if it's a very small number coding gets it perfect. I don't think having a non-coded injector could cause them to continuously misfire though... There are some people on here who never code their injectors and are having no problems.

Edit: It looks like the bottom number is the flow calibration number but idk what the top is...

Depending where you are located I could code the injectors for you if you get the needed numbers. I have coded a few people's on the forum.
