My Car doesnt have this lights, neither in the front seats or back seats? Anyone have this interior lighting?

I know I have it in the driver's side. I noticed it yesterday.

Footwell lighting? I thought all US spec e90s have them?

Mine is euro spec. I dont have them. Where other areas does that interior lighting kit include lights on?
