Ripped front seat bottom repair/replacement ?

My leatherette seats have the common rips on the outer pads of the seat bottoms. Is there someone in the GTA - west end that can repair or replace that part of the upholstered seats ?

I tried using Permatex Vinyl repair. Worked pretty well at first but eventually ended up cracking after a month.

same issue I talked to this shop "Barry's Vehicle Upholstery" in Mississauga they seems to be a credible place, I even saw new cars from surroundings dealers getting fixed for pre-delivery leather issues. I did not end up getting the work done as I was quoted $300 and it was not a priority fix at the time.
