Purchased carbon leather pre lci, 6mt, non I drive carbon leather trim set.
I have a pre lci, 6mt Idrive By looking at the pics I figured that the Idrive knob would fit right into the Whole where the block off tray is on the non Idrive models. Not the case. Is it just the trim that is different or do I need to go with the m3 style Idrive knob to make it fit?????? Please help Thanks

I didn't think the center console even came in carbon leather, just the doors, rear side panels, and dash.

You're post is confusing. Did you order non Idrive parts for an Idrive car? If you have Idrive on your car, then I believe you need the Idrive center console trim. But again, I don't fully understand your dilemma. The little storage tray on non Idrive cars is a different shape than the Idrive unit.
