F*** it... 20" Calisto and H&R drop... Shall I?
I was at a wheel shop yesterday looking at the usual CSL rims etc...
When I saw the Calisto Cade's rims for the first time. 20" beauty's!!! I need a drop too, and after how minimal the eibach spring drop is, I am going to go with H&R and shorter bump stops. Shall I do it? |

Just read a post on someone who runs 20s... The roads around me are ot great and I would hate to hit a huge pot hole at night on an unfamiliar road. I would be driving scared ALL THE TIME.
So I think I will just stick to some LM Reps But I am going to try something new and have the face powder coated in the following RED and have the lip in chrome/mirror. I will leave the studs polished... What do you think? Better choice? I think it would look sick to be driving down the road looking like (sorry it's not a Bimmer) |

This color screams teenager with hormonal disorder.
The first set is classy, but 20 is a tad too much in my opinion, it looks cartooney. Last edited by Meeni; 10-05-2012 at 10:15 AM.. |

Maybe it does.
But it looks great to me. I am a young nut anyway... So I can pull it off over the usual copy cat old fart running safe with the usual gunmetal/black/silver LM reps Have to try something different and push the boundaries. |

Too worried wild.
The roads here are terrible in central London. Especially at night, I drive a lot of unfamiliar roads with massive potholes. 19s it will have to be. I am can't wait for the H&R drop though! |

I just dropped mine and it was a extreme drop lol!! A bit more than my buddies...I used E36 bump-stops but added some Fk-stops (to much travel was causing rubbing) and a bit of trimming/modifying and no rubbing. Awesome handling and actually the ride is not bad. My rub was from my big ass shouldered PSS tires 235/35/19. Back was totally fine...had slight rubbing in the front but mine dropped about 1.75" in the fron and about the same a bit more in the back.
