For brand new set 19x8,5 front with 225/35 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta and 19x9,5 rear with 255/30 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires paid 2550 EUR in Belgium.

Great perf seats. Now match the rest of interior to them. For example, buy some used / from breakers rear bench and door cards / arm rest in cloth, get them reupholstered in same style as Perf seats.

You can keep the terra set in full, or just sell it for like 1200 -1500 EUR and finance some other mod on the car, although honestly it's so well equipped at this point, I'd just put that money to offset the cost of perf seats.
