I've been riding her for sooo long and still...I have a blast :)

Angled driveway in sight with a 20% incline....!

Wife: Can you make that?
Me: Yeah, I am not that low dear

She is a bit worried from time to time from how low my car is.

Wife: Those new BMW's look good
Me: This is not a Just a BMW, it is "MY BMW" I will hold on to it for a bit more

ughhhhh....How can I explain to her that my car it truly is an extension of who I am.

How can I explain to her that I don't count the ticks on the odometer.

That no matter what its book value is now, its centimental value is priceless to me, drove both of my newborns home in little coupe and I kid you not my 6 Year old calls my car "snow white" and gives it Hugs from time to time????? that last bit really does it for me when I see her doing that...lol

but today I got in my car and I took a good look at the Odometer which I sporadically do other than glance at it and write down a number which is relevant to proper maintenance of oil and rest of the vehicles components.

120000

WOW...!

Where has the time truly gone....!
All these mileages and it still puts a smile on my face.

I am a true believer that 2 cars are never built the same, the sum of all its parts, different parts made in different batches etc.
and so I declare when it comes to my 335i = The most fun, most "Reliable car I have ever owned and will keep on owing"

Best regards.

In a weird way- I kinda like the badge. Especially on white.

recommendations:

remove the N54 badge
replace AA license plate frame with CF frame to match diffuser
Painted corners is a must
gloss black grills to match your roof
Shadowline trim in gloss black to match your roof

has potential. =)

I Understand and I completely respect your opinion.

Yes, 120K Nothing major, 2 HPFP per dealers advice due to hick ups.

Turbos were also replaced after I complained about the WG Rattle, they performed software upgrade and that didn't fix things so they decided to replace my turbos with the units that had the upgraded WG arm, the turbos themselves were in top form.

Mine is at 101000, when were the turbos replaced and was it out of pocket I've also had multiple HPFPs and coils replaced under warranty and some other stuff out of pocket.

It might look good to the wife but to me the front apron has not grown on me as of yet, not to mention I always preferred the Silhouette of coupes, if the new 3 or 4 Series coupe looks any good I might consider it.

Either way, the car stays put in my garage, I Will probably add one of the upgraded turbo options out there, 80% most likely it will be a twin upgraded option but I will wait another year to see what the Vargas stg 3 units do against the RB's and how well the active autowerke perform.

$0 out of pocket for turbos, under warranty @ mid 40K

Nothing major out of pocket, well past warranty I replaced the brakes my shelf with cross drilled rotors, and did my own Spark plugs @ 70K and 105K.

You let your kids draw all over your car and climb on it? You must really not like your car very much. I agree with everyone else, that fake M badge has got to go, unless you put on a turbo badge and a hybrid badge to go with it
As usually, the wife is always right, your car is starting to show its age, it still has the old i-drive for crying out loud. Its time to say good bye to an old friend and get a new car, this time, please do not stick on any fake M badges unless its from the factory

Great to see your kids having fun with your car and she tried to make a nice red diffuser too...lol
btw..Nice clean car.
N54 is innovative and nice touch:-)
however, i would place the M stripe at some another place, but its personal choice.
I'm wondering what kind of BMW enthusiasts would your kids become when they grow up :-)

What M badge are you referring to? you own a BMW and you think having the colors of the Motorsport division on my car translates into an "M" Badge?

and sorry I Don't play around much with the iDrive, it plays music and that's it.

Enjoy your 328i
