I beg to differ as yesterday i had the 230s on parked up and in the afternoon i had the CSLs on and the latter look bigger than the 230s.You really need to see them in the flesh side by side pictures do not do them justice.

Anyway i only posted pics to show people my new wheels i didnt expect it to go so far off topic.I won't bother posting any further pics of the car on here anymore its just not worth the hassle

Plus, wouldn't the CSL's be considered a mod by the insurers? Anyone know if it affects the premium much (having non-standard wheels, I mean)?

Cleaning and insurance premiums. God, I'm getting old.

Mike.
Got to say your right with cleaning. Csl's are torture to keep clean.

Scooby get yourself a good alloy brush.....it'll save you a lot of time. Maybe another reason to pick hyperblack over hypersilver? Dust won't show as much.

Car looks great.
IMO csl's look so cool when the car is moving due to the concavity
When driving along side or passing a car with them on (only one in my experience) they look fantastic

Although on the flip side the easy cleaning of the 230's make them an excellent second wheel(winter setup)

Oh and don't no post pics
Some people just like to start arguments

Re the whole halfords debate, not a chance they look halfordy
If I had the cash my money would go on csl's or the BMW performance 269's
The latter being my favourite wheel for the e92 msport

I think you might regret it if you sell them.

I've never really been a huge fan of 230's and I'm a huge fan of CSL's so, for me, this is a solid improvement - good work scooby dude.

You're all cocks, 18'' MV3's every day. Even on the SE.

BTW, if that car belonged to who I think it belonged to, you may want the forensic boys to check it for lady secretions.

on the off chance, anyone know if you can fit either M3 cup (csl style) wheels or possibly the 1M csl style wheels to a 335i e92?
