Pierre glad to see you, I believe that could be case on my tank here in Puerto Rico. As you can see in the 1st photo my tank desintigrated and you can see the Urea buildup from the down pipe crystalized also

Generally, if you are over 95F most of the time, your urea shelf life is about 6 months. This could be a reason for crystallization in hotter climates.

It looks like it was in a snow storm, I live in AZ super Hot here, not good news for me, I would think cold would be worse than heat, am I going to have problems in such a hot climate...

Well amigos BMW COULD NOT replicate the leaks as USUAL, they blame the RENNtech flash, anyway I will be signing a form today to release form leaving them not liable since i plan to remove it

they blamed a leaky seal in the DEF tank on a flash? They must assume RENNtech is very sneaky in what they are able to tune. Forget the engine, now they can even tune DEF tank seals from the computer.

Third DEF tank has been installed. I've been getting about 60 days of use between replacements since December / November.

I'm thinking BMW has a batch of bad electronics within these tanks.
