Folding Rear Seats

Evening guys, been around for a while reading a lot of posts and getting a grasp for all things E90.

I have a E90 330d SE Pre LCI. Am looking at upgrading the interior to the sports seats, I may of found a set where by the rears are folding, however mine currently aren't, will I be able to install the new rear folding seats even though my current ones aren't??? have had a good look round but failed to find aught in the forums to advise?

Thanks in advance.

Not easily, theres a fair bit of extra bracketry, cables and handles involved with the folding seats.
