Magnaflow E92 +2nd cat delete
I just got it installed today.. Getting confuse on choosing all the catback product out there, I decide to do some custom. Magnaflow #14866 (muffler) Magnaflow #35127 (4" tips) 2nd cat delete I was surprised on the video it doesn't sound that loud, but in real, it was VERY loud..the deep tone is perfect and I'm loving it. Here's some pix..Sorry for the bad quality.. Video: Just took it this morning, sorry got some scene of me in there ..

No video of WOT yet.. I need to find an empty space.. The sound is too loud, and I feel like annoying other..LOL..
Can't imagine if you got catless, it will sound too loud IMO.. For now I feel like I'm having extra 2 subwoofer on my car.. I need to readjust the hanger after I get my M-tech because I don't know how much will the tip stick out with M-tech..You can see the pix that the left side is to close to the bumper, the right side is too low.. haha.. Yeah I place it on the ground..This is phone camera so it can't stand well..Unless there's someone who helped holding it for me..

That was the strangest exhaust clip I have ever seen.

Yeah, that was one funny exhaust clip In general you want to hear what it sounds like doing something other than idling
But it looks like some nice work done on your car. This is very similar to what walkedu did as the second configuration of his exhaust. As I recall he felt it was undrivable from the noise and drone of the basy tone you hear. On the other hand he hated the first 4 or 5 exhaust setups he had and rumor has it he has spent around 7 or 8k just on all these different exhaust setups so he is obviously hard to please and you may be able to live with it |

It's just some food I bought from the market..forgot to take it out the night before..
O yeah why it's in marketplace forum? Quote:
I'm gonna post better one next week.. Yeah the basy tone was so loud at rpm 2k-3k.. Luckily I didn't change the x-pipe, I guess the tone will be louder..Should I put back the 2nd cat? That thing was so heavy..

To tell you the truth I'm not sure what is the best thing to do. Unless you are planning on going catless DP's, I probably wouldn't put the secondary cats back. I think the real cuprits are those small diameter round straight through magnaflows. You might try some oval ones in their place but that is more money and no guarantee you will like it better but it would probably be a little quieter. Another option is to pick up a new or used complete catback system. An then there is Terry who swears by the stock exhaust including mufflers and secondary cats matched with UR catless DP's. Take care, Kevin |

video isn't working. I plan on getting the same mufflers but with secondary cats in place. How much louder do you think it is going to be? And how much was your mufflers and where did you get it installed?
