Is this still available? Would you be able to measure edge to edge the actual width of the wheel if so? I am needing wheels for NASA Time Trial 5 class, if the wheel runs significantly wider than 9" it might be too wide and I have pictures from another TT driver that shows his Apex wheels are way wider than listed. NASA measures the actual section width of the tire, so wheel width has an impact. I found two locally so if I can piece together 3 used and get one new that would help with the cost. Thanks.
