ok ryan to get a true cat-back we need to get the Racing Performance- $887.62 and then also get the E90: SR Catalytic Converter Back Bolt On Pipes.
These pipes, combined with the muffler, comprise a full
cat-back exhaust system for the E90. -$787 correct

I was not referring to the stock exhaust system. Eisenmann exhaust for the 325 and 330 are the same.
