Moodbargains experience

I recently purchased a set of H&R 5mm spacers and extended lug bolts from **********s. The spacers ended up breaking once they were mounted, and I have sent two emails to **********s trying to return them for a full refund.

The emails were sent early this past week, and I have not yet gotten a response. I followed their website instructions on returns (taking a picture of the defective part and emailing it).

I understand that parts may be defective, and that is not why I am upset with **********s. I just wish their customer service was a little better. I hope to have this resolved before the 30 day return policy expires.

Always had good experience with **********s, I'm confident they will handle this issue with professionalism, maybe a break in communication? Have you PMed any of the **********s members on the site? Might help.

Can you post up pictures of the broken spacers? I also am running the same H&R 5mm spacers, just curious to see how they were broken up. Thanks.
