I have procede v5, dci, catless dp's.... Idle is rough as usual but I've been noticing that it's spitting raw gas out of the exhaust (usually only on the initial startup, sometimes afterwards too) ... What could this mean?

Yep, that's just water. The exhaust is always full of water - natural product of combustion - and it blows out in liquid form when the exhaust is cold. Once it heats up, you won't see any liquid, it will all be vapor.

When my injectors went my car was spitting fuel out the exhaust, I was told that a couple of the injectors got stuck open. Idle was super rough, like running on 2 cylinders kinda rough.

definatly injectors stuck upen!! find out which injectors are missfiring and have them replaced imidiatly. be caurfull as may hydrolock causing cylinder/rod damage! so dont drive. problem should go away after waiting and a few starts of motor. i had same problem, its getting fixed now, it dosent happen all the time, only some cold starts after the car has been thrashed, so if its been thrashed on friday night, on saurday it will play up. the problem fixes itself once engine warmes up. you should be getting a low fuel pressure code aswell but dont worry fuel pump should be fine unless car has long cranks. low pressure fuel code is caused by injector just dumping fuel constantly spraying at full ball relieving too much fuel pressure out of the fuel rail. and obviously with too much fuel car wont ignight fuel therefore missfire. and it will sound like V8
anyways hope u fixed your problem |

It only happened really bad once, had a couple hiccups prior to the last time, but it would come and go, after that I took it to the dealer and got all new injectors. Keep in mind it was a really really rough idle, you will know it for sure when/if it happens.
