Ordered a 450 walbro drop-in, need tuning help

So I want to continue running street gas (91 in CA) on something like map 1/2 for daily use, but I want to be able to get a good ethanol mix in there for drag/dyno/race days. What's the best (read: most consistent and efficient) way to achieve both of those goals?

I don't really want an e85 flash in the back if I'm running 91 gasoline most of the time, do I? I know map 5 tries, but it's constantly changing and I'd prefer a solid tune. Maybe something custom on map 6? I saw dynos showing better numbers on map 7 than map 5, shouldn't map 5 be optimizing for the given octane?

Just a little confused here, getting my pump in this weekend and dynoing next, so I want to sort this out asap.

Thanks!

You would do a race flash and sit in the middle and run map 1 when just 91 and then map 5 for your mix, or do some logs and see what your Emix consistently is at and make a map 6 to run it fixed?

Yeah, I'm leaning towards map 6 for a set mix (50%+ or something) and avoiding a flash so I can run map 1 or 2 as intended on pump gas

you may run into problems with trims even with an upgraded pump fyi, ask me how I know. Depending on the car sometimes in order to even utilize over 40% you need a flash...
