dont take your car to currys(chantilly) if you really want an in depth reason pm me and ill let you know but they are not trustworthy and they left a bitter taste in my mouth. I haven't heard anything about induktion but i put my money on them being better than currys next closest place i was considering is helix in philly

Curry's has been always overpriced so I have never taken my car there and I haven't heard of Induktion.

I know Autothority does GIAC flashing but not sure if they have the 335 application.

Procede Rev II Canbus PnP V4 is the latest. If you buy soon, it may come with V3 but the upgrade to V4 via laptop is simple. Matt installed mine yesterday and its unbelievable.

We install/uninstall all manner of piggybacks. We are also an authorized GIAC installer. Having recently moved to our new facility, we are just putting the finishing touches on our new dyno room and would be interested in doing some testing/calibrating with a car that's going from tune-to-tune. If anyone is interested, drop me a line and we'll chat.

We've been providing a number of new C2D dumps to GIAC, the list is growing and likely a tune is already present. All authorized GIAC dealers have access to these files.

When I had my Mini I went up to Helix to get them to install their pulley. Those guys are great and the old place was next to a brewery which was even better.

Have you looked into the CP-E Standback. I just had it installed on mycar a couple of weeks ago and loving it. The maps a fully adjustable so you can run whatever you want.

+1, once I get Meth running... I will certainly be switching over to their setup. 30x30 cells for customization ftw.

Thats why I would consider it.
The failsafes believe it or not are already all there for the JB3 as the important aspects of the safety come stock.

Jb3's if they boost at all more then proceed will make a minimal difference on longevity, and if that is important to you then just run a lower map?

The 2.0 will bring what you want in the driveability smoothness back.

Just like most things that control too much, it also leads to more problems.

Going to Jb3 for procede is one thing, but taking a loss financially is not worth it IMO. I could careless which tune you run personally, but its not worth the loss financially if you were to take one. Ive seen both tunes in action.

Like ignition timing control?

I suggest driving it and then test drive a v4. See how close they are in terms of any aspect of performance (power, smoothness, drivability, controllability).

Not controlling enough leads to a lot more problems. A lot more of the time.

If you saw both the 2.0 and v4 in action at the same time, on the same car, I don't think you would be making this statement.

Just my 2c,
Shiv

I have an offer on my jb3. So once that goes through, and with the upgrade price on the v4 at only $795, I will be switching to procede. There are just too many features that the procede has that I want. On dash map display, meth control, more safety and temp monitoring, etc. I will have my car for another 4 years probably, and I want smoothness and drivability, not just raw boost. Im really looking forward to trying the 6at stuff.

A local member, wonka, just got a v4 and loves it. I am going to ask to meet up with him for a test drive.

Well, the one major difference I saw between my JB3 and my other good friend's v4 is certainly the smoothness. Not sure how much different the 6AT and 6MT versions are since I haven't gotten a chance to drive his car after he changed to the 6MT version.

Was it enough to change tunes? Not really. I will draw another conclusion once I get 2.0 on my JB3.

I think the real advantage between the tunes is the additional features the v4 has outside of the pure performance aspects, thus justifying the price point in relation to JB3. And since Shiv is so avid about making sure his tune is the only tune used , the pricing he offered to jump ship is quite competitive.

Shiv should come to DMV, we have a sick GoKarting place as well!
