i dont plan on selling the ar anytime soon. i just bought it. and if i was to sell the car int eh future i dont plan on putting the exhuast back on. it passes the smog checks in cali so i think itll be alright... thanks for your concern.

Yeah, but it would worth less to a dealer unless you're going for a private sale. But again, private sale may take forever. And the price of this muffler is probably so low that it is just not worth selling

I'm doing what you are doing, and I am keeping my muffler for safety XD
