clutch delay valve

hey guys what do you think of this im thinking about doing it obviously price is not my concern about it but are there any negatives to it? any longterm consequences or potential warranty problems?

You may also want to think about a short shift kit, such as the one from UUC Motorwerks (they also have just made available the double shear selector rod for the 335i).
