Out of curiousity, how would the rest of the stock drivetrain attached to an N52 handle that kind of power? The car in question has an N54 tranny swap, which I assume is not cheap.

Need to possibly upgeade brakes, driveshaft, giebo, cooling, etc. Idk what else is different. Tras isn't cheap. Lpfp, turbos, all the piping, intercooler, exhaust, etc. Most if not all custom.

There is more work required to bring a 328 from 220 to 270 than there is bringing a 335 from 305 to 400 . You probably do not understand this yet .

I'm not quite sure why you keep referencing unicorns, and where this whole unicorn car thing came from, because that literally makes no sense, other than you just having an infatuation with unicorns haha.. I have an eight year old BMW with 80k miles, and gladly disclose that info anytime someone asks what I drive, so your reference to this unicorn is a bit outlandish, and I was initially curious on where you kept getting that from but I really don't care lol, some little boys just like unicorns and ponies I guess..

Yeah, because I never owned and drove a 92 Civic VX Hatch (under 100hp), 95 Civic SI Hatch, 95 Civic EX coupe, 00' Civic SI, 01 Integra Type R, etc etc.. Actually, my IQ score says that I'm supposedly in the top 1% of Genius's in the world, so I don't think your accusation of me having a "little brain" is consistent with reality.. But if that's the road you wanna go down, sure, let's take a trip..

HP isn't everything, and nobody said it was, at least until this thread was created and showed a 328 making HP that had #'s of some slightly modded 335's, in which you and a few others claimed that the 328 was some far superior machine and the 335's were not quite such, as you continue to call them unicorns or wtfe.. I'm not really sure that you understand the hierarchy in which are vehicles were created, but I can tell you something that may come as a shock to you, the 328 isn't higher on the pedestal than the 335 and I apologize if you were misinformed.. This statistical measure doesn't account for only HP btw, there are several other things that 335's come with that 328's don't, but again I don't expect you to know this because your lack of intelligence is quite obvious..

And actually Fundguy1 is one of my good buddies, who also drives a bad ass 335i, and only had issues once he started heavily modifying it, in which those issues weren't even his fault.. But yeah let's keep bashing on the 335's and N54's, nerd.. And honestly, I've laughed and smiled this entire time, so I think you're a bit confused on the difference between sarcasm and anger.. Thanks brother, kinda miss that thing sometimes haha.. Don't forget the two other Civic's that were mid-low 10's, and my 11 second daily driven single cam Honda that I drove for 5 years.. A lot of hurt in this thread!

I don't get adding big HP to a BMW as they seem quite fragile when stock, a friends 335i is on its 2nd engine and its not that old a car. If you want to go really quick, buy a really quick car that was designed to be so is my advice.

Me, ill stick to my 165kg and 185rwhp Honda Fireblade I think, it loves to be on the limiter and the back wheel and never breaks down

So to put a end to this eternal dilemma, brothers and sisters, unfortunately the only way to make our 328s go faster without spending more than a car costs nowadays - is a wet Nos kit, stay on the lower end, like 100 wet shot and it should be enough to put it at the 335s level. It's relatively cheap, wet kits can be had for $300-600 max. Installation is on same difficulty level as putting a sub/boombox in your trunk. Anything more than that (like waiting for BPC turbo kit) and the price makes this whole thing a dead deal. I don't see any other options

Shit gets me laughing when guys starting quoting the vechicles current market value around. Yes cars depreciate, thank you for noticing. If you have a vehicle that is 8 years old but you put a lot of work into and doesn't have much miles on it, are you now gonna run out and buy a new car in order to impress some millenial on a car forum? For sure, I used to not have an appreciation for wagons until I joined this forum and seen some of the meanest/dopest wagons ever.

I hope that the ax that Axiom has to grind is over because he really got owned badly by a couple of cats here.

I like 328s and could afford an M3 if I wanted one so I have a healthy respect for these cars including Honda Civics, the new ones look bad ass and they can run pretty good in midrange.

Well y'all smooth things out with Axiom so we can all focus on our cars and keeping them in tip top shape.
