Installing Phone Docking Cradle without Bluetooth! Is it possible?

Hi

I have a problem and what is the best sollution for a problem? Ask for it at E90Post.com

I want to install the phone docking cradle with trim and the snap-in adapter...but without installing BMW Bluetooth because I have an Nokia Aftermarket sollution for my Business Cellphone and the snap-in adapter is for my 2second cellphone the v3 RAZR...The purpose of this installation is only for charging my v3 RAZR...

Ist it possible and what parts do I need (with partnumbers please...)

How can I install it and can I do it just by myself?

Please Help me out...


PS: By then way where can I get the phnoedocking cradle (Ejectbox) for a good price and are there any sites on the net which sell it online?

It would be cheaper to just get an accessory plug that fits the lighter socket. Without Bluetooth you don't get the handsfree function so if you want to use the phone you have to physically pick it up. Then it can't be connected to the external antenna, aka, shark fin, so you don't have that functionality. Quite frankly, what you're wanting to do and why simply isn't worth the $200+ cost.

SoYank, on that note, I have a similar question you might be able to answer I have a 2004 BMW 325i and was wondering if it's capable of using the BMW Assist as a hands free phone. My 2006 330i has bluetooth and the pairing instructions, but I'm not sure if my wife's 325i has the same capability. When we tested the BMW Assist, gave us a prompt to press (1) if it an emergency, (2) for cell phone etc...
