Car Lowered on H&R sports and slight issues (Pics)

Got my H&R sports springs put on to day, and man it dropped it pretty good LOL!! I Had a bit of rubbing on the front inner fender (see pics Below) but after I took the pics a dremel with a sanding wheel took care of that. I also have a weird sound coming from the front almost sounds like a shock bottoming out I then saw what I think is a worn Spring pad hope thats what it is called, I am not a suspension guy LOL!) and wondering that can cause any issues?

I have ordered my new rims and hope they do not rub 20X9 W/ 245/30/20 (35 offset) and 20X10.5 W/ 285/25/20 (42 offset). I think the front is rubbing because the PSS run Very big, my new tires are nitto invo. I was told the above rims/tires with these offsets would NOT rub.

I also go these codes (ABS, DSC, and tire monitor codes I did not have before)

Codes:
CC-ID 24
CC-ID 50
CC-ID 354
CC-ID 236

Pics of car with springs istalled:

Pic where I got a bit of rubbing:

Pic of what looks to be a worn spring pad:

I have the rears rolled, they look like Miros...they are LC 818 on stock shocks and the current rims are 235/35/19 on 8.5" rim (30 offset) and 265/30/19 on 10" rim (37 offset). Are you saying the new rims I am getting are going to rub?

there are a lot of threads with 245/30/20 in the front...I believe when you go to a 20" you do loose a bit of width...plus I have heard nitto have a lot less side wll than a fat ass PSS LOL!! In the rear I m not concerned....front I am a bit concerned. So ou think it might hit the shock and rub....tht would really suck lol!!

The rims I fell in love with only come in 20" here is a pic of them on a M3, with the center design not going to the edge of the rim it doesnt make them look to big (concept one CS-5.0):

Do you have a pic from the outside when it was roll?
i believe they are forged, will have to check! On the fender roll there is nothing to see on the outside.

Dude... Your bump stop on you struts are shot. that would cause them to bottom out especially on shorter springs which would require more travel on stock shocks

I think you're going to have rubbing issues. As I mentioned in your previous thread, I am also on H&R Sport springs with stock shocks and I have the exact same tire setup as you are going to except 8.5" front rim (+38) and 10" rear rim (+40). I'm rubbing quite a bit both front and back. I don't have rolled fenders as I think the rubbing is inside the fender well. I'm going to try stiffer shocks (Koni Yellow Sport) to see if it helps and will let you know. Otherwise, coilovers may be the solutions.

Koni Yellow Sports is def one of the best choices. Was thinking about coilovers but didnt want the harsh ride. I dropped my E90 today on H&R Sport springs, Koni Yellow Sports shocks, rear 15mm MS spacers, & front Hotckis sway bar. Im rolling on 18"s(8.5"s front, 9.5"s rear) BBS RS GTs. No rubbing issues at all. No wheel gap. Decrease body roll greatly. Difference of night and day with new setup/wheels.

They drop pretty damn good, 1.5"+ easily and I am on stock shocks. Can't wait for the new rims, I am going with E36 bump stops with E85 in the rear.
