Just go to the calendars for each track and you can see the different groups that put on events and pick your dates.

Hey I'll be there. Maybe the third times a charm! Got a screw in my front tire the first time on the very first trip around the track and had to forfeit the whole weekend. Work got in the way the second time I signed up.

Yea, I think I'll be waiting a few years for COTA. $850 is too much in an already-expensive hobby.

Also already sold out... Seems like there are enough people willing to shell out more cash than I am!

I am too. I've done a lot of SCCA racing in the past with purpose built race cars and shifter karts. Ran at MSR prob 100 times. I saw the driver's edge link on the MSR site and signed up, not sure what to expect. Is it worth the money and a good experience? I'm a BMW newbie btw... yeah, that guy... lol

I wouldn't expect anything more than getting 8 or 10 sessions of 20-25 minutes on track in your car with or without an instructor.

I've been out in groups where there are trains and you get held up, and I've been out where I hardly saw another person. It'll vary depending on who signs up.

Hope to see you out there, come find me. I'll be in the blue 335.
