I wasn't pulled over I was already parked on the side of the road. So technically, I was just UI although I may have been D'ing lol Don't wanna say anything in-case there are police surfing. Unfortunately that's a tricky situation. . . Case can be won though.
Exact same thing happened to my friend.
Out partying and got trashed at some club/bar. . .
Went outside to his car to sleep it off which was parked on the side of the road behind the place instead of in the parking lot . . .
hour or so later cops pull up and knock on the window. . .
Pull him out, take him in.
Unfortunately the dummy was sitting in the drivers seat sleeping with keys in the ignition so he could have the heater on because it was like 30 degrees out. . .
If he was only in the passenger seat there would be no problem at all. . .
