Too bad Terry/ BMS will only credit you of your older tune (JB, JB2, X Upgrade) if you bought it directly from him... Pretty gay IMHO

Would you rather him not offer an upgrade program at all?

The whole point of any upgrade path is to reward your current customers and to keep them with you. If he loses a couple of people like you who think the upgrade program is "gay", than he wont be losing too much.

Learn a little bit about business and realize that what he is doing is above and beyond what 99% of other vendors would do.

Oh, and get over yourself.
