Hi all,
New member here, thought I would introduce my self. Im James from the UK. I have just picked up a 2010 Montego blue 320d SE convertible with Oyster Dakota leather, just running 24000 miles. I came from a Jaguar XK convertible, it was getting too expensive to run. I must say I'm thrilled with the 320d, its a manual, lovely gear change feel too, very impressed with the acceleration and how quiet the engine is. Here are some photos from getting back tonight, I shall try and get some better ones tomorrow. I love finding out little things with cars, when driving back at night I love the LED ambient lighting in the doors (i seem easily pleased...) Last edited by jamesbilluk; 07-31-2012 at 04:10 PM.. |

Thanks guys.
2moor, Really pleased with the manual box. I was a bit worried coming from an automatic but I've really enjoyed it today with the drive back. the stop/start will take some getting used too.. |

Thanks for the welcomes
abgs97, it was good to see, love little touches like that, also the LED strips inside the car too. Klov335. I think this later 181hp 2 litre unit does 0-60 in 7.5 seconds. (could 8 being the convertible) Coming from a 300hp 4.2 litre V8 that did 0-60 in 5.6 seconds I'm still quite impressed with this with the economy. |
