key fob coded to car needed

anyone in tampa/st pete area can code key fob for me,my indy wants $110 just to code a used oem fob !

I saw on a video once that you just...
1) put it in ignition and push start (it wount do anything)
2) take it out and back in and push ignition
3) try to lock and unlock and it should work.
I saw that on a video once, worth a try. Sorrt if it doesnt
