Can I also add. Where are all the Alpina's coming from as Sytner's has loads of them in their M used car section. I don't think I have ever seen one on the road either.

Look on the Autocar web site as they drove it to the FOS for Alpina

This B3 has been parked in the same hotel that I am staying in, in Middlesboro, for the last couple of nights.
I'm surprised it's still in one piece. Mine was subject to a break in last night. Thankfully the passenger door window did not break. However, there are two large marks left from the brick used to hit it. It's almost a nightly experience.... Is this anybody on this site? Car park Russian Roulette..! |

I think Alpina needs to cut their badging a bit
ALPINA B3 BI-TURBO has just a whiff off a chav who's nicked a load of car badges and glued them to his car... Lovely cars though -don't like ones covered in stickers and wish they'd stop doing that reddish coloured "wood" but otherwise pretty cool. LOL at gran comment! |

Also strange how that black one has quad exhausts, yet only the inner tips seems to be used - they are black and sooty and the outer ones still clean?

I have an idea that there may be some valve meaning that only inners are used at low revs (so would get sooted up around town), and then flow to outers only at higher revs......but I could be imagining it/old wive's tale.....
