Just got a red 07' E91 Sport

How's it going guys?

I recently needed to get out of my truck and into another german sports sedan/wagon.
I have wanted a nice german wagon for about 4 years but have been in and out of SUV's, sedans, and my truck to hall the race bike around.
I finally came across a lowish mile 07 E91 Sport model, and I had to pull the trigger on it.
I am winding down on adding the mods, for now. I am waiting on carbon fiber mirrors, black out emblems for the body and wheels, and roof rails.
I need to lower the front end. I really want to black out the roof, and I want a new pair of headlights, I've been considering DEPO V2's. I am not sure after reading the reviews, but I don't want to spend $1000.

This is how I got it.

This was the car that inspired me to go for a red car.

Here is how it sits now, I just got the 19" Miro 111's installed today.

I still need to work out which spacer sizes to use, if any. I still want to be able to haul things.

I need to lower the front end. I am thinking of just going with the lowering perches.

Let me know what you think.

Clean!

some spacers in the rear would make a nice difference, you don't need much, maybe 10 mm? I got my 15 mm at BMS. nice quality.

Wow I really love the look of the e91, and your car in red with the black wheels is pretty stunning.

Very nice ride!

Love the color combo.

For your spacers, one trick is to use a wheel pin tool (those things you use to line the wheel up, it just goes into a lug bolt hole and holds up the wheel).

Take the back wheel off, and put the tool in the lug bolt hole,. You can then "mock up" spacers by using metal washers on the tool. Just keep adding them to the tool and hang the wheel until you get the look you want. Then just measure the total distance of washers you added. Easier to do if you use 2 pin tools, so the wheel doesn't rotate.

Just by looks, I'd guess between 10 and 15mm.. What size and offsets are your wheels/tires?

Looks cool. IMO the rear seats too low and the front is just perfect.

The Miro's are 19x8.5 et35 with 235/35 and 19x9.5 et40 with 265/35.

I wish I would have got 255's for the back though. The front is more stretched as opposed to the rear is more flush.

If I were to get 10mm spacers, what size lug bolts should I get?

That I don't know. I'd just talk to the folks when you order the spacers - they should know.

Thanks everyone for the great compliments!

Once I get it done, I will take some actual photos of it. I am pretty decent photographer, if I do say so myself, and I am gong to have an open invitation for anyone in the Oklahoma City area to join my photo shoot.

Let me know.

i LOVE seeing modded E91s, and since yours is CR makes everything 1000x sikker the miro's look great, all you need now is spacers, drop and an mtech front and your set

I have never been a fan of wagon's but this E91 is just beautiful. The black wheels compliment the red paint nicely and gives it an aggressive look.

I'm late as hell to this party, but I'll throw in my 2C anyway - DAMN skippy looking! I should have gotten a wagon instead of a sedan :P
