seem's to be ok for ebay as always make the right check's before handing over the money

the catch is the running costs i was doing over a hundred pound a week in petrol in one of these over a year ago

but if you only use a car to run about at the weekend seem's like a good buy

It's only a 330i not a Ferrari...I would hardly call it a weekend car. I use to spend £400-500 (depending on my much 'spirted' driving was invovled) a month commuting to work in my 350z...tired to use my wifes civic diesel for 1 week to save money but couldn't handle the bordem. In the end I decided a extra £200-300 a months on fuel was worth arriving to work happy

a 330i cost's nearly twice as much to run as 320d but the 330i is the better car but these days it seem's as there are no buyers for some nice spec 2nd hand bmw's

due mainly to their running cost's

if i took the train to work or used a van all week i would rather run a nice spec 330i than 320d

not alot of people who buy a 7 grand car then put another 5 grand in the tank per year

Someone's got an absolute bargain there, assuming there's nothing wrong with the car (although the lack of sports seats and slightly iffy colour are both big downers)

Personally would never advertise nor buy a car off ebay given the general standard of cars there is pretty low

agreed the colour not the best it's one of those you love one day hate the next, but fit some black leather sports seat and a sport steering wheel it would be a very nice spec motor

£5k in petrol!! whats that about 24000 miles a year!

330is arent going for much. I have a brilliant car that ive been trying to sell with little luck,

the debate is really 330i vs 330d. 2006 car 330i is worth about 9k 330d is worth about 13k

i used to get 21mpg which is in greater london and was doing 18000 mile's per year

so if your under 10000 mile's per year not to bad if you can get above 25 mpg

Say the 330d does 45mpg on average, the 330i does 30mpg.
Over 50000 miles, that's an extra 2.5 grand on juice in the 330i with a 4k difference in price. Makes the 330i a no brainer IMO.
Didn't sell mine even when down to 7k.

I bought my 330i back in may - averaged 28mpg over the last 4000 miles.

I bought it for the same reason other people have mentioned on here. I could of bought a diesel but I wanted the fun and power and was willing to spend a bit more on petrol for those extra smiles!
