Lost a Lil bit of oil

Hey guys was wonderin if anyone else has burnt some oil it's not smoking and not alot the gauge says -200 does anyone know what unit this is measured in, and is there a dipstick on the engine? Didn't really look to good but didn't see one

Your sentences are terribly confusing, .
Yes, it is normal for your car to burn oil, and I'm sure many of us have cars that burn oil.
Check the virtual dipstick through the car's little screen or iDrive. The entire bar is one quart of oil, so do not add more than a single quart! If your low oil light is on, just add half a bottle.

thank you so much lol. sorry about my sentences, i was frustrated with the oil situation and when i posted i was at work so i just ranted and posted it without looking it over. thanks
