Warranty Replacement for MTEC Bulbs??

Hey guys, I ordered a set of MTEC 8000k HID Replacement Bulbs from the website e92-lighting.com. I had completed this order last month and just had them installed yesterday. One of the bulbs that was shipped does not work and I have been unable to get in contact with a representative from the site so far, however it does say that the bulbs come with a 1 year warranty. Does anyone know how I can go about having these replaced under warranty, is it through MTEC directly and if so what are the proper steps?

Thank you!

Mtec probably won´t have anything to do with you mate.

The only option is to contact by mail E92 lighting and ask to have a set sent out to you again.
If they are not willing then lesson learned and never use them again as a supplier.. just out of interest, how much did you give for the bulb set?

We have a little experience with these also, and they are a relativly long lasting bulb compared to other similar variants on the market..

i spent $159 on the set. If the website will not honor the warranty, how much would you charge for 1 bulb?
