non runflats void warranty?

i was speaking to firestone today, and the guy on the phone told me that if i replace the tires from run flats to non runflats, it might void the warranty.

do you guys have any experience on bmw voiding the warranty when they see the tires are non run flats?

I dont know for sure but I doubt it. Why dont you call a BWM dealer?

yeah, my experience with Firestone is that they will say ANYTHING to sell you more expensive tires. They once told me that i can't replace just 1 tire (regular $75 tire) on my Jetta. Has to be all 4 or the cant wont handle right.
All 4 tires had less than 2,000 miles on them
