Would this fit a 2009 E90 LCI (non m3) with Auto Transmission and does it have cut outs for paddle shifters?

yes, it will fit if you have the sport air bag. i'm not sure if the trim will transfer over. i will do some research. this is a DCT steering wheel so it has paddle cut outs.
