OEM M3 CSL wheels are 19x8.5 ET44 and 19x9.5 ET27, so you need spacers in the front and the rear fil fit on a pre-LCI e90.

why in the rear offset is low enough as it is.

I think he may have read "you need spacers in the front and the rear...will fit on a pre-LCI e90" instead of "you need spacers in the front...and the rear will fit on a pre-LCI e90", which is what I think you meant.

yes it's will fit / just dont' do to fat of a tire with the rear
wheels.
plus you will need to roll your fenders.
