If he sold the land he should have nothing to do with this, sounds more like you got into some shady deal.

First of all, your spelling and grammar errors are making it difficult to understand what's even going on. Second of all, if you have an attorney (and it sounds like you do), I would think it's his/her job to analyze that particular clause.
