True
I have 40sum thousand miles on my 07 I made it a little faster and Now i want to try to keep the motor happy

Do some scans with the JB4 on map 2 or map 7 w/ 100 oct and see if your boost is meeting your target. If its not then its possible you are leaking at your DV's but could also be a leak somewhere else. BOV's are mainly for the woosh sound but can have some added benefit if you stock DV's are leaking. AS for being better for your turbos...not really. Like i stated, most people use them for the sound.

If your worried about boost leak... like mentioned above... make a log and send to Terry, he helped me out alot... Also I got the FORGE DV's over BOV... very happy with my purchase and would reccomend it to you... Also I'm adding an ER charge pipe too... as the combo should hold boost < 18.5psi... just a little FYI for yah

The stock DV have been shown to leak but not all of them leak.

For the most efficient use of power (which means not over-spinning your turbo's to make boost) its always recommended to run one if you have the means.

If you need any help deciding which to go with I'm a PM away.

My stock DV's leaked so bad they sounded like BOV's lol. Switched to the ETS chargepipe with TiAL Q BOV and have been extremely happy with the results... the TiAL Q is freakin' massive

How do you figure? At what pressure did you have them leak when you pressure tested them? It is always recommended? I haven't seen that data.

If anything IMO charge pipe is a waste of money. If anything upgrade to Forged DV's over the stock ones. The stocks ones have been know to pop out from time to time both at stock levels and with a tune. Don't really need a BOV unless you like the sound.

Blow off valves are for rice burners, if you gonna get it get the diverter valves.

The TiAL Q does not sound ricey IMO... The HKS yes. I tried the forge oem replacements and still got leakage probably due to the stock charge pipe and the various o-ring connections. The stock dv's leaked like a seive for me, the forge were much better, but replacing everything with the ETS cp and TiAL fixed everything once and for all. I have no regrets or problems with my current setup
