Carbon Fiber vs rock chips

Hi Im not familiar with how well cf deals with damage. If a flying pebble would normally cause a really small dent on the oem hood, how would a non painted cf hood withstand it? does it dent or does it get little spider cracks, or would it not get damaged at all?
