2011 Nav DVDs Released

First off let my thank GenePoole for preparing and uploading these DVDs. It is much appreciated.

Second of all let me yell at all you leechers....you should upload at least 3 times what you download.

I downloaded the first half of the East version at around 2.5MB/s yesterday. Today with about 75% completed, I'm barely getting 100kb/s down.

All the peers are stuck around 75% which means people who have finished downloading are not keeping the torrents open and seeding!!!!!

I will be seeding 10 times what I have downloaded.....already uploaded 2GB. Compared to under 100MB for all the other peers.....increase your upload limit!

But seriously, you guys need to keep the torrent open AFTER you finish downloading it! Otherwise this torrent will die!

Also I haven't burned the DVD yet, but slower burn speed usually are more reliable. The faster you try to burn, the more likely the DVD can become corrupt.

I'm surprised your work allows torrents....usually work places and schools block torrent ranges. You can't even download torrent files on my university network. Good thing I live off campus

Yeah, I'm stuck at 80%; it's completely stopped.

Its not that people aren't seeding, its that no one has finished downloading the complete file yet. I was the 12th person to start downloading this torrent from the beginning and I am at 97.2% and slowly climbing. When you only have 1 person seeding the original file, have a little patience considering he is the sole seed for 2 files and his upload bandwidth is maxed at 20kb/s per file. If you do the math you'll realize at 20kb/s split between all the leachers doesn't equal a fast download once you catch up to the rest of us waiting for the rest to finish downloading. These files are not small and take time as I am sure everyone is aware of. As soon as a couple people finish downloading, the speed will take off cause there will be more than one seeder. Once more, thanks Gene for hosting the torrent, and if you really needed to have the file so fast I'm sure there are stores you can buy it from that offer overnight shipping.

^ It's not that I need it in a hurry. I just think it's kinda crazy that I got 2.5MB/s down in the beginning and now I have barely 15KB/s.

You make a good point, but I'm sure a few have finished the download and aren't seeding.

Testing West disk - as all previous disk - system ask for shutdown and wait 5 min.
After 5 min boot was as regular. Nothing visually change. Bug, that I report early (major highway entry in my area shown as closed and direct all traffic around) is fixed.
Speed cameras work as designed.

THANK YOU - my PC will be working 24 hr for next few weeks.

@GenePoole, thank you for posting the torrents, your help and generosity is much appreciated!

I burned the West ISO on a Sony DVD-R and seems to work fine on my 2007 E90 328i. For the first time the car didn't request to shut down system for 5 minutes.I ejected the DVD to do my labeling, not sure if it will ask the next time I load the DVD.

Thanks as well GenePoole, appreciate it very much. I have both discs now (west downloaded really quickly so thanks for all those that seeded) and will try them out soon. My car's in storage but I can at least see if the discs load ok.

I'll continue seeding both discs.

Tested West region and Red Light Camera is NOT working in Canada!!!
(Too bad....2010 version included Red Light Camera in Canada!)
Otherwise, works good with Sony DVD+R

**Update**
Just tested East region and Red Light Camera is still NOT working in Canada, Calgary!!!

I used the cheap Verbatim DVD-R that I had. Burned it using Nero in UDF format with minimum writing speed.
