Z4 35is Brakes vs EBC Sport

Hey as the title says. What would you guys recommend. I need to change my rotors and am looking at the two.

They are essentially the same price. I've read that the slotted is going to be a little more noisy. If anyone can give insight into that as well that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, for pads is there a general consensus between Hawk HPS vs CoolCarbons.

^ great thread! That's the setup I'm going with when I'm due.
OP: if they're the same price, go for the better quality rotors-z435is. Slotted get noisy.

Why exactly do you say the Z4 brakes are better quality? Just wondering.

Not made in China. Aluminum hat v. iron. The hat is lighter and won't rust.

These z435is rotors are for the fronts, right? Can I ask my bmw dealer to use these instead of the 335 ones since here in Canada you have to pay for the brakes anyway.

Yes, the z4 35is rotors only fit the fronts of the 335i. Just use oe rotors for the rear. If your dealer won't do it, and indy shop will.
