Brake Upgrade
I have an '08 e92 335d which is running an OEM brake setup.
The brake fluid is due in August and the rear pads are really worn. I've decided that whilst changing the fluid I'm going to take the opportunity to uprate the fluid and fit SS lines. QUESTION 1 - Which fluid do you reccommend... ATE Super Blue or Motul RBF600 or Other? QUESTION 2 - Are Goodridge SS lines a good bet? Now for the pads... I've done some research and decided that Cool Carbon pads match my requirements and get a good review (I'm going to do the fronts as well). QUESTION 3 - Is anyone on here running them? Where can I buy them in UK? I plan on letting my mechanic friend do the labour so I will need the F and R sensors as well. Is it true I can reset the iDrive pad life indicator via the computer once I replace the sensors? Thanks |
